Misfile Filler by bellsandy Misfile Filler by bellsandy
Here's is a filler for the comic Misfile. [link] It's a comic about a misfile in heaven by a pot-smoking angel, that causes one characters to become a girl, and the other to lose two years of her life after getting into Harvard. The angel is now living with them trying to get back into heaven to correct his mistake.

The creator got a bit of bad news and had to go out of town suddenly, so I was asked to fill in for one page, among many other great comic writers and artists. I'm really glad I could help.

Yes, they are Peter Pan and Wendy, the Disney versions.

It's strange.... Now while it may be suspicious to randomly throw in a 'Don't worry guys I'm completely straight!' comment at the beginning, I thought it was appropriate to the rest of my comment. This series has a fantastic blend of humor, immaturity, true maturity, psychological analysis, grounded reality and some entertaining fantasy. After reading it, I realized that I have never really thought about WHO I would be interested in and what exactly my whole 'sexual identity' actually was. After a good long thought, I decided that I am technically a straight male who thinks about himself as a male, which is less of a given considering that the last relationship I have ever been in was ten years ago. And I'm 18.

While I'm certain no one was interested in that bit of baggage, I just thought it impressive that any one webcomic could evoke that much thoughtful analysis while remaining funny as hell.

....Yes, I am leaving now. And I'm taking the cheetos with me.

Misfile is a great series. I'm not one for random transformation stories, but this one is totally not gimmicky, though as a result it tends to move kind of slow without any sort of overarching plot pace.

I just discovered "Misfile" a few days ago, and I really like it. I read through the entire archives and am now fully up to date on it. I find it alternately funny, cute, and touching, and I really enjoy the art too. I'm not sure whether it's one of those things enjoyed primarily by the gay/transgender community, but I'm straight and I really like it.
